First step - INITAL MEETING AND ESTIMATE
  • Our friendly team are ready to respond to your enquiry. We ensure that we are flexible to be able to arrange a time for you to meet with one of our experienced team members. Your ideas and requirements will be thoughtfully considered by our team, who will also use wealth of knowledge to provide you with options and advice to achieve the best outcome for you.
  • Once we have all the relevant information, we then start working on a Building Estimate for your project.
  • We understand that every project is unique an can tailor a package to suit your needs and budget.
Second Step - PRELIMINARY CONCEPT DESIGN & QUOTE
  • We will prepare a Preliminary Agreement. This is a small fee to cover the costs of Soil Testing, Site Measuring, Drafting, Engineering and other procedures necessary in contract development.
  • NOTE: This does NOT lock you in to a contract
Third Step - FINAL PLANS, CONTRACT & COUNCIL SUBMISSIONS
  • After you are happy with our proposal, we will prepare a construction contract, which includes all the relevant specifications and details to outline every aspect of your invdividual project.
  • Construction Plans and Engineered Drawings are completed and sent for approval with the relevant authorities.
  • We ensure that contract documents are comprehensive and outline every detail of the project, complete with schedule a of fittings and finishes and relevant allowances.
Forth Step - CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT
  • We endeavour to commence your project as soon as finance and local authority approvals are obtained. We schedule works as soon as contracts are signed to ensure that materials are available and tradesman attendance is maximized to ensure that the project progresses efficiently, with as little disruption to your everyday life as possible.
  • Our work schedule is carefully planned and adhered to, allowing us to minimise delays and streamline your project.
Fifth Step - COMPLETION & HANDOVER
  • This is when it all comes together- when your vision and our creation becomes your home. We celebrate the combined efforts and hope you enjoy the many years in your home.
  • Although we go our separate ways from here, our team look forward you to keeping in touch, whether it be for a friendly chat, or whether you have any questions or need our assistance in the future.
