1. Initial Meeting and Estimate

What We Do

We initially meet with you onsite or at our office, we ensure that we are flexible and arrange a time to meet. Your ideas and requirements will be discussed and thoughtfully considered by our team. We will use our wealth of knowledge to provide you with options and advice to achieve the best outcome for you. After meeting and collating all the relevant information we will begin working on your preliminary quote so that we can work towards goals and budget.

Initial Meeting

What You Do

We will respond to your enquiry and give a set of times that we are available to meet, we will also send you a questionnaire to be completed before our initial meeting. 

The more information, ideas and details you can give us on our initial meeting you, the easier it will be for us to give you an accurate preliminary quote.

2. Preliminary Concept Design & Quote

What We Do

If we have not already met onsite we will arrange an onsite visit if you have a block (if not, give us a call about our site pack). Once all drawing plans are finalised the next step is to prepare engineer plans and all other documents that are needed. Once this is completed, we will begin working on your final quote.

Decide what option is best for you and if we will be within your price budget and you are happy working with us – we go onto the next step. If not, we wish you the very best on your search for a builder. Don’t forget to ask lots of questions! 3. Final Plans, Contract & Council Submissions

What We Do

If you are happy with our proposal, plans and inclusions we will prepare a construction contract, which includes all the relevant specifications and details to outline every aspect of your individual build. Once the contract is signed all your new home documents are collated and sent for approval with the relevant authorities. We will also upload all your details into our 24/7 online client portal complete with your schedule of fittings/ finishes and a timeline/schedule of works for your new home.

If you would like to do ahead with us, we welcome you onboard and propose our available start dates! You choose a date, sign the contract and pay the deposit.

4. Construction of the Project

What We Do

We endeavour to commence your project as soon as finance and local authority approvals are obtained. By scheduling works as soon as we sign the contract ensures that materials and tradesmen are available, which means that the project progresses efficiently, with as little disruption to your everyday life as possible. Our work schedule is carefully planned and adhered to, allowing us to minimise delays and streamline your project. Therefore, we offer a time frame guarantee – if your house isn’t built in the timeframe allowed (due to our fault), we will give you $1,000 a week!

Make any selections Sit back and relax until your new home is completed. Keep track of the building process through our 24/7 online portal.

5. Completion & Handover

What We Do

This is when it all comes together- when your vision and our creation becomes your home. We celebrate the combined efforts and hope you enjoy the many years in your home. Although we go our separate ways from here, our team look forward you to keeping in touch, whether it be for a friendly chat, or whether you have any questions or need our assistance in the future. We will organise a professional photographer to be there to take photos of your memorable moment.

6. Ongoing Support

What We Do

All our homes come with a six- year structural warranty. We also provide a 90-day maintenance period after you move in to address any details that may require our attention. Relevant trades and suppliers will need to have access to your home to undertake any required works.
